Yes. Existing LifeConnect24 customers can refer a friend to our personal alarm service by either contacting us directly or asking their friend to reference their name during an order. Both the customer referring and the person being referred will receive a £15 voucher for M&S. Existing customers will receive a voucher for each new referral they make.

Adding a second alarm user is very simple. All you need is a second pendant, which you can order online or over the phone on 0800 999 0400. We will also need details of the second user, which can be provided to us using an online or paper form.

We offer a range of alarm plans to suit your needs. Prices start at £9.99 per month, billed quarterly, or £135 if paid annually. This price includes all the necessary equipment along with the 24-hour monitoring of the service by our Response Team.

All our personal alarm plans have an initial set-up fee included.

All our alarms are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24-hour post with no delivery fees. If you order before the cut-off time, your alarm will arrive the very next day. Cut-off times are:

6:30pm Monday-Friday
12:30pm Saturday
10:30am Sunday.

You will also need to complete your New Customer form before using your alarm, but you can do this online while your alarm is on its way. Once you’ve placed your order, our customer service team will give you all the help and information you need. After your alarm arrives, set-up can be completed in just a few minutes.

Your personal alarm plan will automatically renew when the initial period runs out. At this point you will be charged the annual or quarterly plan price, depending on which you have purchased.

If you want to make any changes to your personal alarm plan, you will need to call our customer service team on 0800 999 0400.

For our monthly plans, the minimum contract is 3 months. The minimum contract length for our annual plans is 12 months.

We offer free next-day delivery as standard – including weekends. If you order your LifeConnect24 personal alarm before 6:30pm Monday-Friday, you will receive it the very next day. If you order before 12:15pm on Saturday or before 10:15am on Sunday, you’ll receive your alarm the next day. All our alarms are sent via a tracked delivery service for added security.

Regardless of which plan you choose, all our alarms are provided on a rental basis. The price of the plan includes the hire cost of the equipment, the 24/7 monitoring of the system, and any technical support that may be needed for the duration of the plan.

We hope you will choose to continue benefitting from our 24/7 personal alarm service. If you do decide you no longer require our service, you can cancel your account by calling our customer service team on 0800 999 0400.

If the service is cancelled within 30 days of ordering, we are happy to refund the initial cost.

If you are on a monthly plan, we ask for one month’s notice in advance of a cancellation. If you are on an annual plan, we request one month’s notice before the end of the 12-month contract.

Annual plan holders can also choose to transfer the service to another user instead of cancelling.

When you cancel, you will be required to return your personal alarm to us. We will provide you with a freepost label after you ask to cancel.
